Feature
AI receptionist post-call sync
The call ends. The summary and details are already in your tools.
Post-call sync pushes what happened on a call to the tools you use, once the call ends. The summary and the details the receptionist collected go to an email inbox, a Zapier Zap or a webhook URL. Nobody retypes a message. Nothing waits for someone to check the portal.
How post-call sync works
Choose where messages go
In Integrations, add the delivery route: an authorized email address, Zapier, or a URL you control.
A call ends
The receptionist assembles the record: who called, what was captured, and the summary.
The record is delivered
It lands in the inbox, runs the Zap, or reaches your endpoint. Change the destination any time without touching the workflow.

Integrations
The Integrations card lists each delivery route and its status. Outerbanks HVAC delivers to one email address, marked Authorized. Send a test message before the first call, so you know delivery works.

Call data sync for CRMs and custom software
The team on a CRM
Every call becomes a contact or a note in the CRM, through Zapier, with no retyping.
The business with its own software
A webhook delivers the call record to your endpoint. Your code files it, routes it or pages someone.

Questions
- What is the difference between post-call and real-time?
- Post-call means a record is pushed once the conversation ends. Real-time means the receptionist reads or writes a system while the caller is on the line. The webhook node does the second.
- Which fields are sent?
- The caller’s name and number, the details your workflow collects, the summary, and the call time. The exact fields depend on your workflow.
- Do I need a developer?
- Not for email or Zapier. A webhook needs an endpoint that accepts a JSON request, which is developer work on your side.
