AI receptionist call transcription
Every word, written down as it is spoken.
Call transcription is turning the audio of a call into text as it happens. Your AI receptionist transcribes every call it handles. The summary is written from it, and Messages shows it. Read it to see where the receptionist stumbled.
How AI call transcription works
The caller speaks
Speech becomes text as the call goes on. The receptionist answers from that text.
The call ends
The full transcript is kept with the call, and the summary is written from it.
You read the transcript
Open the call in Messages. Read what the caller said, not just what the receptionist said.
In the portal
Messages
Messages holds the transcript and summary of every call, with account and status filters. Outerbanks HVAC has two calls on its list, each one click from its transcript.

AI call transcription for owners who want proof
The owner who wants proof
Not a summary somebody wrote. The words, in order.
The office that tunes the receptionist
Where it hesitated is in the transcript. The fix is in the knowledge base.

Questions
- Will it get names wrong?
- Sometimes. Mumbled names and unusual spellings are hard. Read the transcript and confirm the detail before you act on it.
- Is the transcript the same as the recording?
- No. The transcript is the text. The recording is the audio. Both sit with the call in Messages.
- Is transcription included?
- The availability badge on this page shows the plans that include it.
