Call feedback

Call feedback is the mechanism by which a business reviews an individual call and tells the receptionist what it should have done differently. Future calls improve as a result.

Also called: per-call feedback, supervised correction

A rating or a correction attached to a specific call, "this should have been transferred", "the price quoted was wrong", "do not promise same-day service", is the most direct way to supervise an AI receptionist. Aggregated, feedback is also the best available measure of accuracy.

Feedback can flow into the persona and call flow as new rules, into a knowledge base as corrected facts, or simply into a log a human reviews. Which of those happens automatically, and which needs a person to approve, is a design choice with real consequences.
