What we're going to be primarily interested in today is the call handling setup. So you'll want to go here, and then from here, you'll have your knowledge base and your frequently asked questions. Your frequently asked questions are the main aspect of the questions and answers that you'll have, and the knowledge base is general information that the bot will use when talking to your callers. To do that, you'll just want to hit edit here, and you will have this.
It will be a blank space, typically, and then you'll just want to add in your information. You can type it out or you can just paste it in, for our intents and purposes, I am going to just paste it in. I have everything pasted in here. you do have a lot of space, speaking of, to put in your instructions here, so that is all good, and you'll hit save.
You'll want to confirm, and then you'll see your knowledge base here, and that'll have all the information you want the bot to know on how to handle calls and any preliminary information that it can provide to the callers or not call, provide to the callers. See, and then you'll just want to hit plus. For your next one. And we'll go ahead and grab our next one.
Holiday hours are another pretty common question, so we'll go ahead and put that there. Fix a typo. Alright, expecting a call back. That is also super helpful.
Super helpful for callers to know, so we can add that in there, if we have it. Then, you can do, what is your pricing? Another very crucial question. You can paste that in there.
Fabulous. Okay. services offered are, could also be included. All right.
And then once you're are happy with that, you can go ahead and hit save and confirm. Splendid. All right. Actually, I'm going to reformat that one another time, so we'll go ahead and save and confirm.
Perfect.
